Mike Wager is the coach for the 5th Grade Boys B Team for the 2025-26 season. Mike has been coaching basketball in the DMV area for the past 5 years, including boys and girls basketball for McLean Youth Basketball. 

Mike approaches each season with a focus on developing each child into a better basketball player who learns what it takes to win as a team. He preaches fundamentals, hard work, hustle, and mental toughness producing confident players with high basketball IQ. While winning games is the goal, he also values coaching basketball as a unique opportunity to help kids develop the tools to be successful in life, outside of sports.

Mike lives in McLean with his wife and 4 kids.
